Sales Fix
I build the working system: process, CRM setup, follow-up sequences, and train your team to run it.
What you get
You get the system your team is already using by day 30, not a document to implement later. Most clients see a measurable difference inside the month. Built in whatever you're running: monday.com, HubSpot, or the tool you already have.
Includes a free 60-minute check-in at day 60, booked before I leave. If the system has drifted, that's when it's cheapest to correct.
What's in the thirty days
- Process design: the stages, the entry and exit criteria for each, and who owns the next step at every point.
- CRM setup: built to help someone sell rather than to collect data, in the tool you already pay for.
- Follow-up sequences: so a lead going quiet is something the system notices instead of something a person has to remember.
- Training: your team running it with me watching, not a handover document.
- The day-60 check-in: free, sixty minutes, booked before I leave.
Why it's built to be handed over
Because a system only one person understands is a system with a single point of failure, and I am not planning to be that point. Your team owns it at the end. Plenty of clients need nothing from me afterwards, and that is the intended ending rather than a failure of the sale.
Questions people ask before booking
How much does the Sales Fix cost?
The Sales Fix is R12,000 to R18,000 over thirty days. That includes process design, CRM setup, follow-up sequences and training your team to run it, plus a free check-in at day 60. Where it lands in the range depends on team size and how much has to be rebuilt rather than tidied.
If you did the Sales Diagnostic first, that fee (R3,500 to R5,000) is credited against this in full.
How long before we see a difference?
Most clients see a measurable difference within thirty days. The Fix is built so the system is in use by day 30 rather than delivered as a document to implement later. A free check-in at day 60 confirms whether it held.
Which CRM do you build it in?
Whatever you're already running: monday.com, HubSpot, or the tool you have. I design the process first and then build it in the tool that fits, rather than starting from a product and working backwards.
If you have no CRM yet, choosing one is part of the work, and I'll tell you plainly when the honest answer is that you don't need one yet.
What is the day-60 check-in?
A free sixty-minute session two months after the Fix is delivered, booked before I leave. Systems drift once the person who built them is gone, and the point of the check-in is to catch that while correcting it is still cheap.
What happens after the thirty days?
Your team owns the system and runs it. That's the intended ending. Plenty of clients need nothing further. A Sales Ops Retainer exists for teams that want me to keep evolving the system as they grow, minimum three months, and it's only offered once the Fix is delivered and working.
