The Pipeline Fixer
// Running it · Set up my CRM

We’re starting from spreadsheets.

// The answer, first

When does a sales team outgrow a spreadsheet?

When the second salesperson starts. One person can remember every next step; two people need it written down, and a sheet can’t tell anyone what to do next.

What does fixing it cost?

Set up my CRM is $3,400, flat, and takes about two weeks. The cap is one team and one pipeline; over it, the extra is agreed in writing before work starts.

01 · What it looks like

If this is yours, you’ll recognise it.

  • Deals in a sheet, notes in email, next steps in heads.
  • It works.
  • Until the second salesperson starts.
02 · What I hand over

Built in your tools, tested in mine.

  • Requirements taken from how you actually sell
  • One structure (objects, fields, stages, views, tasks) built to help a person sell rather than collect data
  • The spreadsheet imported and tested
  • Your team trained and handed the keys

03 · The Monday after

Each rep opens the board and sees their next three actions, not everything that has ever happened.

04 · How it goes

Hold it, then thirty minutes.

The guaranteeThe guarantee starts at handover. If your team isn’t running it thirty days later, I do another thirty days at no charge to find out why and put it right.

The holdThe price holds for 14 days, no deposit. You pick a time for the call; a copy of your sheet follows by email, usually within a day.
The call ends one of three ways
  1. It’s what you ticked, and we start.
  2. The cause is different, so the fix is swapped at its listed price.
  3. You’re over the cap, so the extra goes in writing before anything starts.
PayingHalf before week one, half when it’s done. Access, documentation and your data are handed over the day the second half clears.

Two fixes together share the setup.

Taken together, one kickoff and one handover do for both, so the second fix comes off $130. Where the two share real work, that comes off as well, on its own line.

Can’t name it? Start with the Leak Cost Check.

Ten questions and four numbers, no email, a figure on it. If that still doesn’t settle it, Find the leak is seven days in your own CRM for $1,550, and it goes toward the fixes you start inside 30 days.
