Our pipeline stages mean nothing.
Why don’t our pipeline stages mean anything?
Because deals move on feelings instead of evidence. If a deal can sit in “proposal sent” without a proposal, the pipeline is a list of hopes and the forecast inherits them.
What does fixing it cost?
Reset my stages is $750, flat, and takes about a week. The cap is one pipeline; over it, the extra is agreed in writing before work starts.
If this is yours, you’ll recognise it.
- Deals move on feelings.
- “Proposal sent” contains deals with no proposal.
- The forecast is the sum of the team’s optimism.
Built in your tools, tested in mine.
- Stages redefined by buyer evidence: a deal enters Qualified because budget and decision-maker are confirmed, not because the call was nice
- An owner and a next action at every stage
- The rule for moving a deal back
- The definitions on one page the team agrees to
03 · The Monday after
A deal cannot sit in “proposal sent” without a decision date, and the forecast starts to mean something.
Hold it, then thirty minutes.
The guaranteeThe guarantee starts at handover. If your team isn’t running it thirty days later, I do another thirty days at no charge to find out why and put it right.
- It’s what you ticked, and we start.
- The cause is different, so the fix is swapped at its listed price.
- You’re over the cap, so the extra goes in writing before anything starts.
Two fixes together share the setup.
Taken together, one kickoff and one handover do for both, so the second fix comes off $130. Where the two share real work, that comes off as well, on its own line.
Can’t name it? Start with the Leak Cost Check.
Ten questions and four numbers, no email, a figure on it. If that still doesn’t settle it, Find the leak is seven days in your own CRM for $1,550, and it goes toward the fixes you start inside 30 days.
