The 60-second pipeline leak check

Leads come in. Proposals go out. Then it goes quiet, and nobody can say with confidence what's actually closing this month.

Six questions about how deals really behave in your business. At the end you get a read on which of four points your pipeline is losing them at: after the first call, inside the pipeline, after the yes, or in whoever's running it.

The result is on screen the moment you answer the last question. Nothing is held back for an email address.

About this check

What is a sales pipeline leak?

A sales pipeline leak is a point in your process where deals consistently stop moving and nobody notices, because no single person owns the next step. It shows up as deals going quiet rather than as deals being lost, which is why it rarely appears in a report.

There are four common places it happens: after the first call, inside the pipeline, after the yes, and in whoever is running the process. This check tells you which of the four is yours.

How does the leak check work?

Six questions about how deals actually behave in your business, answered in about sixty seconds. Your answers are scored against four failure points and you get the result on screen immediately. No email required to see it.

Do I have to give you my email?

No. The result appears the moment you answer the last question. There's an optional form under it if you want the longer write-up (what's causing that blocker and the first three things I'd change) but nothing is held back until you fill it in.

What happens after I get my result?

Nothing automatic. The result is a diagnosis, not a fix, and what to do about it depends on things a questionnaire can't see. If it's useful, the next step is a thirty-minute call, or the Sales Diagnostic if you want the version with the evidence behind it.
