Everything I do, priced one line at a time.
Every part I build, on its own line, with its hours and its number. The most asked-for sixteen are on the pricing page; these are all of them. Same rule everywhere: inside the cap, the number holds.
Excludes VAT, if applicable.Every line is a flat price for its standard scope. The hours are shown so you can see what is inside it; you are never billed by the hour.
Add any line to your sheet. Every fix after the first comes off $130, and where two lines share work, that comes off as its own line with the reason on it.
If the job is bigger than the line, the extra is written down and agreed before work starts, at the extra-unit price where there is one. Nothing is added afterwards.

What I don’t do.
The one-line version, and who it is for.
“Tick the problems on her pricing page and every one has a flat price. She finds the stage deals stall in, builds the process, the CRM, the follow-up and the reporting, and trains the team until they run it without her.”
That is the whole thing. If it is useful to say more: founder-led B2B service businesses, four to fifty people, monday.com or HubSpot, and a guarantee tied to whether the team is running it thirty days after handover.
- Leads are coming in and deals are going quiet after the proposal.
- There is a CRM the team half-uses, or the budget for one.
- The founder is still the sales function and the next hire is coming.
- Someone on their side will own the system after I leave.
Send them the pricing page or the Leak Cost Check. If it is none of these, I will tell them so on the call, and it will be short.
Seen the lines? Build your sheet.
Tick the problems, watch it add up, and hold the price for 14 days before we speak.
