The Pipeline Fixer
// Pricing · every number is the number

Name what’s broken. See the price.

You already know where your pipeline leaks. Tick the problems, watch the sheet add up, and hold the price before we ever speak. The call confirms the cause. It doesn’t decide the number.

Fixed, not quotedWhat’s on the card is what it costs. Nothing here is negotiated on the call.
A cap on every fixInside the cap the number holds. Over it, the extra is agreed in writing before work starts.
Nothing paid for twiceevery fix after the first comes off $130, and where two fixes share work, that comes off too.

Deals are lost to silence more than to competitors. Five places it happens; most businesses have two.

01 · Your setup

More pipelines or a bigger team? The prices follow.

Nothing here is sent until you hold it.
People selling

Anyone who owns a deal, including you.

Pipelines

Divisions or products with their own stages.

CRM today

Where deals live right now. It doesn’t change a price.

More than three pipelines is outside the menu. I scope it and agree the number in writing before anything starts.

02 · Pick the problems

Where deals go quiet. Tick the ones you recognise.

Most businesses have two.

Can’t name it

Something is wrong. You can’t tell where.

Before the first call

Enquiries arrive, then nobody owns them.

Between the calls

Interest is there. Nothing carries it to a decision.

After the yes

The selling worked. The next step didn’t.

The existing book

The leads and clients are already there. Nobody goes back to them.

Seeing it

The numbers exist. Nobody trusts them.

Running it

The system is the problem, or there isn’t one.

03 · Then what

From this page to a fixed pipeline, in four joints.

  1. Day 0 · Hold

    The sheet, in writing

Hold the price for 14 days. No deposit. I get the sheet with your setup answers on it; you pick a time for the call, and a copy with your reference follows by email, usually within a day.

  2. Day 1 to 3 · Call

    Confirm the cause, 30 minutes

One of three endings: it’s what you ticked and we start; the cause is different and the fix is swapped at its listed price; you’re over a cap and the extra goes in writing first.

  3. The weeks on your sheet · Build

Built in your tools, tested in mine

Access starts the clock. When it’s built and tested, I hand over admin access, documentation and your data. On a sheet of $2,000 or more, that’s the day the second half clears.

  4. 30 days after handover · Guarantee

Running it, or another thirty days

If your team isn’t running it thirty days after handover, I do another thirty at no charge to find out why and put it right.

// Before you hold it

The questions people ask before they tick.

  1. Price

Why is there no custom quote?

Every fix has a standard scope, the time it takes me and a cap, priced once, the same for everyone. The number on the card is the number on the invoice. The call confirms the cause; it can’t raise a listed price.

  2. Scope

What if my problem is bigger than the cap?

The card says what sits inside the cap. If you’re over it, the extra is written down and agreed before work starts, at $85 an hour. Nothing is added afterwards.

  3. The call

What if the call finds a different cause?

Then I swap the fix for the one that matches, at its listed price, and you see the new sheet before anything starts.

  4. Extras

    What isn’t included?

CRM seats, subscriptions and tool licences. They’re yours, in your name, and I name them on the sheet so none of them is a surprise.

  5. Paying

    How do I pay?

Under $2,000, one invoice before work starts. At $2,000 and over, half before week one and half when it’s built and tested. Admin access, documentation and your data are handed over the day the second half clears.

  6. Guarantee

    What does the guarantee cover?

The guarantee starts at handover. If your team isn’t running it thirty days later, I do another thirty days at no charge to find out why and put it right.

  7. Rand

    Do you invoice in rand?

Yes. Switch the prices to ZAR and every figure on the site is in rand, from a rand price list of its own, not a conversion. Rand prices exclude VAT, if applicable, and you’re invoiced in the currency of the sheet you agree.

  8. Not for you

    Who shouldn’t tick anything?

If fewer than five new enquiries arrive a month, the problem is demand, not process, and I’m the wrong first call. And if you want someone to run your sales team day to day, that’s a sales manager. I build the system your team runs, then hand it over.

Every service I do, with its hours and its flat rate, is on the itemised list.
